Terms and Conditions
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking unless the holiday will commence within eight weeks of the date of booking, then the full amount will be due.
If a deposit has been paid the balance will be due eight weeks before commencement of your holiday.
It is strongly advised that you take out holiday insurance as the full cost of your holiday may be payable on cancellation if we are unable to re-let the property. All cancellations must be notified in writing.
A discount of 5% may be allowed to visitors who wish to re-book a property they have rented during the previous eighteen months.
Payments may be made by cheque and should be made payable to P.E. & M.L. Richards. Credit or Bank cards can be accepted through Paypal via your email address.
a) To pay for any losses or damages to the property, caused by the tenant or a member of their party (reasonable wear and tear excluded) unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be fully recovered under insurance.
b) To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy.
c) To permit the owners reasonable access to the property.
d) Not to part with possession of the property, or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.
e) Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description
f) Not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to the occupants of adjoining premises.
